Have I received a copy of the vehicles repair method? If not, request a copy. Have I reviewed the repair method and understood the do's and don'ts for this particular car? What tools do I need to do the repairs required? What equipment will be used to do the repairs required? What if I am unsure about the repair methods, then meeting is needed with the VDA?
